Q:  Can we change the password that is used for accessing the check stub?

A:  The password cannot be changed.  It is hard coded to be the Year of Birth and the Last Four of the SSN.

If the date of birth is not in the system, what does the employee use for the password? We have since added the DOB, but the paystub was generated prior to the DOB being placed in system.

Hi Deb,
The birth year would have been replaced with #### if it was not present.
